Chicopee Comprehensive High School Winger Shawn Miller, is reporting to The McAuliffe Report that the Stanley Cup will be coming to Western Massachusetts when it arrives in Ludlow August 9th.
Dean Lombardi, the General Manager of Stanley Cup-winning LA Kings is a Ludlow native and was a star on the Ludlow High School Hockey team during the mid 1970's. Lombardi never forgot where he came from, as he routinely visits friends and family in the area.
With memory of the Bruins Stanly Cup victory so vivid, its a chance for hockey fans around Western Massachusetts to visit the trophy that recently called TD Garden home.
